The application tests probabilistic affiliation of the selected species group to associations of the Czech vegetation classification. It may help with the fast identification of vegetation types in the field. The method proposes a percentage probability of correct classification to selected units according to the list of defined species and their dominance. Even though the results are rather precise, expert evaluation or analysis of vegetation plot samples by the Expert system is necessary.
